Mediterranean Avocado Toast That Hits Every Craving
You know those days when you want something quick and satisfying, fresh but flavorful, and definitely Instagram worthy? This toast is it Inspired by my love for bold, zesty flavors (and everything in my fridge that needed using), this combo became a fast favorite and now I keep coming back to it.
It’s the perfect mix of creamy, salty, and crunchy. Basically a little bite of sunshine whether you’re eating it for breakfast or brunch.
🥑 What You’ll Need:
- 1 slice of your favorite hearty bread (I love multigrain or sourdough) but currently testing out some gluten free options.
- Crumbles feta cheese.
- Sliced Kalamata olives.
- Diced tomatoes.
- Thinly sliced red onion.
- A splash of lemon juice or olive oil.
- Salt & black pepper to taste.
- A pinch of chili flakes (for that perfect kick).

- Toast your bread to golden perfection.
- In a small bow, mash your avocado with a pinch of salt, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.
- Spread that avocado goodness generously on your toast.
- Top with crumbled feta, olives, tomatoes, and onion slices.
- Finish with a sprinkle of chili flakes.
- Snap a pic, take a bite, and enjoy.
💡 Dee’s Tip:
Drizzle a little pomegranate molasses on top! Trust me, it makes the whole thing pop. The sweetness balances the saltiness of the feta and olives in the best way. It’s a simple extra step that makes it feel a little fancy even if you’re still in your pajamas.
